It comes up frequently in my sessions with my wonderful clients that there is often a definite lack in self-love and self-acceptance. Why is this? There are many factors that play a significant role in contributing to our self- esteem or lack thereof. But, practicing more self- acceptance and respect are crucial elements to a healthy lifestyle. One factor is to stop comparing yourself to others. Honoring your individuality and holding yourself up with high regard builds confidence which leads to more success in life.
