Every week we meditate on a different name of God...a different theme. There is a discussion and a learning of the Hebrew letters that symbolize each name, followed by the meditation which is led by Donna Varen. The focus is about solving the problems we have as humans at the Source level. We thereby, intend to become more proactive rather than reactive in our relationships with self, others, and our environment.
