Yep, stress is a real deal and can get out of hand. Please don't bang your head...but allow your head the relief it needs with mindfulness, meditation, and hypnosis. Yes, hypnosis is a type of mindfulness and is like meditation in more ways than one. All are compatible practices with one another. Getting overwhelmed these days is not uncommon which can lead to inappropirate unhealthy behaviors.
